All years at a glance
Click a card to switch the whole dashboard to that year. Use + New year in the header to start the next cycle (you can carry the teacher list over).
Teachers & personal invite links
Every teacher has a personal secret link — the only way into the selection page, so whoever opens it is verified as that teacher. Download the invite CSV and use it for a mail merge (Name, Email, Personal Link columns), or copy links one by one below.
Re-import / replace the teacher list (paste from Excel)
Three columns: Name, Email, Required supervision count (tab- or comma-separated, one per line). Existing teachers keep their personal links and selections (matched by email).
Import / replace the student list (paste from Excel)
Columns, tab-separated, one student per line: Last name, First name, Email, Product, Learning goal. ⚠ Replaces the whole student list for this year (records are kept, matched by student number from the email).
Deadline
After the deadline, teachers can still view their submission but can no longer make or change selections.
Who has responded
Project popularity
How many teachers picked each project. Projects with 0 picks will be assigned to teachers with spare capacity — "happy with any" teachers first.
Allocation
Maximises the number of projects that go to a teacher who picked them. Leftovers go to "happy with any" teachers first. Re-running overwrites manual changes.
Pairings by supervisor
Per-student overrides
Results & progress
What each supervisor has recorded for their students — checkpoints, MYP criteria and comments. Supervisors enter these on their own page (/pp/students).
Edit the checkpoint list for this year
One checkpoint per line, in order. Reordering is safe; renaming or removing a checkpoint disconnects ticks already made against it, so settle the list before supervisors start.
Email centre — prepared for Outlook
Compose once; the app fills in each recipient's personal version (names, links, grades…). You send from your school Outlook — either click-to-open drafts one by one, or a mail-merge CSV for big batches. The app never sends email itself.
Milestones
Named dates you can reference in any email as «Deadline».

How to mail-merge the CSV with Outlook (for big batches)
- Download the CSV — it already contains one fully personalised Subject and Body per recipient.
- In Word: Mailings → Start Mail Merge → E-mail Messages → Select Recipients → Use an Existing List… → the CSV.
- Make the document body just the merge field «Body» (Insert Merge Field → Body).
- Finish & Merge → Send Email Messages… → To: Email, Subject: type the subject → Outlook sends one email per row.
- For small batches skip all this — use Open drafts in Outlook instead.
